How do I book an appointment?

Book online in under a minute, at any hour, using the booking button on this page. If the times on offer do not work for you, call (720) 443-2248 rather than giving up. Autumn keeps some flexibility in the diary and will do her best to get you in quickly.

New patients book a private room for a first visit, which includes the full intake. If you are coming for community acupuncture in the Acu-Lounge, that starts from your second appointment onward.

What should I expect on my first visit?

Arrive a few minutes early so you can settle, and eat something a couple of hours beforehand so you are neither hungry nor full. Your first appointment starts with a full intake covering your history, then needling, then 20 to 25 minutes resting on the table. Wear loose clothing that can be pulled up past your elbows and knees.

Some of the intake questions will not seem related to why you came in. That is deliberate. It is how Autumn works out the pattern underneath the complaint rather than only treating the symptom.

Do you take insurance?

More insurers cover acupuncture than used to. Key Element provides a super-bill with diagnostic codes that you submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. Check your coverage before your first treatment so you know where you stand rather than finding out afterwards.

Visiting FAQ

What if I cannot find an appointment time that works?

Call (720) 443-2248. The online calendar does not always show everything, and Autumn will do her best to get you in quickly rather than leaving you waiting for the next open slot.

What should I wear to an acupuncture appointment?

Loose, comfortable clothing that can be pulled up past your elbows and knees. If Autumn needs to work on your hip or back, she will provide a towel to cover up with.

How long does an appointment take?

You rest with the needles in for 20 to 25 minutes. A first visit takes longer than that because of the intake, so allow extra time for it. Come a few minutes early either way.

Which areas do you serve?

Patients travel from Westminster, Broomfield, Arvada, Thornton and across the north Denver metro. The Silo Office Building sits at 90th and Wadsworth, between Boulder and Denver just off Highway 36, so it is an easy drive from either direction.
